When submitting a change or addition to the list, please use the following format. This will help eliminate errors that would have to be corrected at a later date. If making a correction, it is important to refer to the number at far left for the person the correction(s) is being made. If you want a person added to the list, please do not refer to a number. The person's information will be added by placing their name in alphabetical order and the list will be renumbered by the person on the committee who maintains the list. We would like a first name (maiden name) last name, Date of death (as complete as possible), Date of birth, and any relationships that clarify who the person is. If the person went to Venice High School, please include the class/graduation year. Thank you.
